I got a call this morning wanting me to give a quote for the inside of an office its a pretty big office possible over 300 windows,but i dont want to turn up unprepared can anyone let me know what i should take with me to quote ie do i need headed notepaper etc,i dont want to look like a right turnip.

I am pricing for an office and they want the insides doing also. I will double for the internals because of the climbing about and moving stuff to get to them.

Are you just submitting a quote to them mate?is that all it is?just give them a price n thats it?

offer to provide a risk assesment and method statement, show any qualifications if you have any, your insurance docs, ask them when the best time to carry out the clean would be to avoid disrupting the staff. be confident dont make out its your first office job.
before you look at the windows sit down and chat to the client first and get a lot of detail what they are looking for, one off, regular, listen to what they tell you and that can lead on to how your company can benefit them using points they bring up.
dont go in too cheap nofin worse than doing underpriced work
