Post by: Lee Gilroy on July 21, 2011, 09:07:39 am
Comparing it with Trad.

This is for fun and just waiting for tank to fill.

How many 3 bedroom houses can you do in an average day terraced front and back on your own.

Depends on access, i had some where it was a nightmare so got shut

BUt got some now only a few hours worth and its some of my best paying work, charge about 7-8 pound , they have one top window one bottom at front , and 2 up 2 down at back, sometimes one or two more

Easy work i love it

I do it trad as well as its quicker than changing as some of the access is over flat roofs, down alleys etc , i can run round it quicker with a ladder

if they are all reasonably compact then easily 25, we had a run of these we sold 2 years ago.  We had 67 3 bed semi's all close to each other and 1 van (2 men) were able to do this in one day.
