Title: Void / re let pricing help required

Hi all

I have been asked by a Housing Association to quote for there void property cleans, I expect some will be a quick wipe over and other will need some working to get back to a habitable state.

I have been asked to present prices for 2 and 3 bedroom houses, the price should be in the form a price range lowest for a quick wipe to highest for a serious clean. I have been told there will be no cookers to clean and to give an extra price for carpets per room.

I don’t know where to start with this and could do with help quoting for this job. I have been informed there will be approx 100 cleans pa.

yogi i posted some info on your topic ...not sure if you got it..if you want i will post it out to yourself ..i used to work for a company and have there pricing info and how its set out..i will post you a copy if you want... it will give you a rough idea..
