Hi.
Been asked to quote to clean 330 m2 of altro flooring in a commercial building. I did a test area which came up pretty well. I have no Idea how to charge though. Does £3.00 per m2 sound about right or does this sound a bit on the high side?
Cheers.

Theres a guy down south that sells these amazing mop and buckets! Mine's lasted me for over 15years, i've only had 30 new heads and 10 new handles! They'll do the trick at 25p per m2!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Always found best way to price commercials regardless of what you are cleaning is to price it on time. You should have a good idea of what you need to charge per day or hour. This way after a bit of experience it should be possible to look at a job and price it almost immediately.
Also really good idea if possible to get an idea of their budget. Amazing how many will actually tell you how much they have to spend.

So would £2 per m2 sound reasonable? There is 334 m2 of very dirty altro with the curvy uppy bits up the walls and lots of lockers to move round.
