Title: Has anyone managed to make domestic gutter clearing into a full time business?

As the title has anyone made domestic gutter clearing into a full time business and what sort of prices can you charge. What is the best way to promote this business.

Yep, two in my town. One has been doing the job for years. The other simply copies everything the first one does and undercuts where possible.
