Hi all could anyone advise of a good place to look for 2nd hand equipment prefablly in the manchester area I have looked in the buy sell thread but most are to far away or to expensive as funds are tight at the moment

You could try e-bay.  What sort of kit are you after?

Hi Tosh im looking for WFP setup mainly for commercial work and a van. I did think my question was abit of along shot tryed ebay every time I bid the price rockets "hehe"
Ive been trying to start up for a while but everything has or seems to be going wrong oh well try again tomorrow

Now heres the bad news my budget is about £2500 as my grant for small business is yet to be approved  :-\

That is more than enough.

Your best course of action is to build your own system, which will not cost more than £1000 leaving the rest foir a van and stationary.

Ive done all the stationary  but  build my own im not very good at things like that been looking at poles etc  and they seem rather pricey to me

By building your own its real easy, all you have to do is buy the following

Poles

Pump Box

Di tank

Ro Unit

Resin

Tds Meter

Battery

Trolley

Hoses

Connectors

Water containers

thats your system now all you need to do is clean windows.
