Title: Would it fit?
Post by: johnd on July 18, 2011, 08:10:57 pm
Hi,

I now have my 650 tank and fittings and just need to aquire a van, what would the ideal van be on a cheap budget also would this tank go into a berlingo/partner?

Cheers

Too heavy for a berlingo IMO to keep running legal I would look for a van with a 1000kg payload.

Vanette is good 950 payload - nissan engine - can pick them up at a good price but you won't get newer than a 52 plate ( ldv cub is the same van )  vanette e - is only 850 payload

bit big for those vans mate, id say 400L max! still need a bit of space in the van for the bits n bobs.

im sure some have put a 650 tank in that van but id say its a no when its full

Scudo / expert / dispatch have 800kg payloads.... i have one on the drive ready with a 400L tank fitted. I'd say 500L is the max for them motors unless you get the newer one which have a higher payload
