whatever you end up spending: it will change any trad wc business for the better, and you cant put a price on yours and staffs safety.

a grand should see you get started in wfp and can also gets new bits n bobs once you make the investment back.

a good pole is a must! but a system doesnt have to be a top of the range one to get the same results = clean windows

i am just a tight arse  lol

when i went wfp i spent about 600 and most of that was wasted on crap that i bought new when i should of bought second hand,  if i was starting again i would buy as much second hand as possible and just buy a new brush,  even a second hand x tel pole will do for 12 months depending on budgets

If your looking at getting a van and system for 1k then look for someone selling a setup van already, maybe a combo type van with a 200 +litre system

If you can get a van and have 1k to spend on system that would be easy done i spent about £600 setting up my vivaro

http://www.purefreedom.co.uk/pure-freedom-diy-water-fed-pole-kit-p-295.html

i started off with this from purefreedom, just dont bother with the naff pole if your on a budget go for a clx22 from gardiners this will do most of residentual work, get a cheap van astravan combo or simular and wedge the tank in,

you'll find that setup forsale every now and again on ebay from windys who have prob given up for less money, well worth it and thats how i started

Hi

I bought a 650 tank with all the metal cage, ro merlin system with sureflo pump and all filers along with hoses etc...  for £300 on ebay yesterday all as new aswell the previous owner got banned from driving and he paid £2000 with fitting.

I would advise having a good look around and contacting the seller as you might grab a bargain and with a bag os sand you will get change also.

If you want new brodex do a 250 litre system for £1200(not fitted) also with no poles. Theres a full system on ebay right now for £350.

Price Breakdown =
£550 van with 6 months t+t
£125 sign writing
£150 clx pole (new)
£90 gardiners flow controller (new)
£100 for second hand pump (hardly used) tank (never used) and di vessel (with resin Hardly used)
£20 for ronseal diamond hard floor paint

Fitted it myself so no costs involved with that.

Total £1035

Looks nice and tidy up close and from a distance.
Amazing what you can pick up with a bit of looking around.

Will pay for itself this month. Happy days  ;D
