I've got 2x 1000 ltr ibc tanks and need to get something to link them together,

do they need to self level quickly?

i fill from the top into 1 and the other is never more than 2 to 3 inches lower while filling - later in the day
they are both equal ( have no idea of time scale - better things to do than sit in the garden looking at IBC's)  ;D
