I ordered a flow controller and a few other bits and bobs from gardiners yesterday at around 2pm.(thursday)
Arrived today, delivered free and all present and correct.
Am i wrong or is that great service?
Thanks Katherine B

Shocking! absolutely disgraceful service. If they can't deliver personally then I for one will be going elsewhere!

I had the same terrible experience only slightly worse. I ordered later than you yesterday and mine didn't arrive until ten this morning. Something's wrong down in St Austell and I think we should be told.

I'm not using them anymore. The girls are too nice on the phone, I can't cope with that.

I think it is totally out of order getting products out to customers so quick. I didnt need them for a few days! can i send them back and get them to re-send?
Alex you need to sort them out down there!!!! :D

did you also have to pay? :o eff that, im not having it!

Alex thinks he can get away with shoddy service; I bought some membranes for my RO from a competitor and Alex didn't personally collect them or deliver them to my house and fit them for me!!!!!!!!!!
Bad show!

In my experience the service I've had from Gardiners has been outstanding everytime. If you want help on a technical issue just email Alex and he will come back with sound advise.
Whilst stock holding of poles is an issue, and I fully understand the logistic nightmare he has, we just have found ways of working accordingly. As users, we also need to evaluate any future purchase requirements and order them in good time. It's called planning. You can't expect to order a replacement once the original has broken.
By camparison, I ordered 2 prolong poles from everybodies favourite supplier Brodex on special a few years back. Got charged full retail price and it took weeks to get a refund. Poles took a week longer to arrive than promised and arrived with the wrong brushes fitted. First and last purchase from them.

I'm well happy with the way Gardiners perform. Rarely any errors but if there are they are rectified promptly. Alex even made me up a one off tool recently (from existing pieces) for a difficult job. It's not often you come across service like that. I've used the item on one job but it won't be used on the job for which I bought it for a few months yet. I muddled through with another method this time but it was very difficult. It looks like it will be easier next time.
I'm not a grovelling sheep either. If service is quality I will say so (whoever the company is). Same applies if I feel that some things need changing.
