I like Jeff Cross's articles because they are quite snappy not long winded he gets straight to the point, good article.

Very good article.  Will admit this is a weakness in my business, advanced stain removal.  Must do better :-\

Used to enjoy reading the free cleanfax mag every month but been a few years since I got it or looked at their site.

Try the Jondon carpet cleaning supplies website. They do a range of distance learning IICRC spot and stain removal courses. I wondered myself if they would be worth investing in, they look good but perhaps only a gimmick?
