Pure freedom trolley is the best had mine over 3 yrs now no complaints at all , really well built and will not let you down its a great starter even if at a later date you decide to go for a van you can just plug trolley in to tank , i have a few terraced streets and awkward access houses and find the trolley perfect for these , just make sure you get some extra hose ,  ideal hose would be a 30 metre coil of streamline lite -5 , from purefreedom,

As for a light weight pole get yourself a Elite carbon fibre pole if you have the money to spend its a fantastic pole lightweight and rigid ,  great robust lateral clamps which are fastened on and not glued which means no risk of glue failure and clamps coming loose , or if you're not looking to spend over £200 you can get their hybrid pole the E-25 for £140 ex vat a 25ft pole will allow you to clean 3 storey houses ,there is a link for the elite pole at top of page from the waterfed pole company ,       mike
