Title: If i sell up ...

if i decide to sell up would i be better off selling complete van with hot water one man system poles gutter vac etc and only about 350 to 400 a month work (as i rent most of mine witch i will give him back) or splitting van system and work

van is a very tidy trafic 03 plate silver but high milage 142k

just fed up with it all have been since that bad period at christmas ive tried to get motorvated but tbh its a stuggle  :-[

I might be interested if you are selling system i live in dorset so not a million miles away

i just find it boring if im honist ive had enough by 12 sometimes earlyer i know some windys work in the rain and snow but i cant not many of the custys would have it and i know this as ive asked so always getting behind and chaising my own arse i cant settle when i have a week off with the kids because im behind etc etc ive been doing it as well as other stuff for 15 years i packed it all in before as i moved away and enjoyed being employed i started back up when i moved back as there is not much work in cornwall im taking my hgv at the mo and have a interview tomorrow for grounds work etc as i am a qualifide tree surgeon and chippers strimmers etc we will see i do have someone local interested in the system he bought my pressure washing stuff i just didnt know if it would be easyer to sell as one ???

If you are renting your work, maybe get out and get your own work!! You will be better off and can price it up right

its a good point but :-

1) i hate canvassing i cant do it im crap at it

2)this area 12 months ago had lots of windys too many almost i knew of 6 that did my estate alone now its flooded i know some will dissapere over winter but ive had 7 canvass my door i lost a £10 custy yesterday and it wasnt a over priced one either £5 new guy has gone in at and garenteed it for 12 months (not that that would matter) people have been canvassed that much round here we gonna start seeing them stickers you know the ones that say no cold callers well they gonna say ive got a window cleaner thank you

3) im bored of it i think

sell it on ebay as a job lot youll get plenty of interest-just put a reserve on it or buy now at the price your looking / to cover any fees
