I have a very succesful Carpet Cleaning Business for sale in London. We have been established for 19 years and so have a great customer base.  The only quiet time of year is the beginning of Jan.  Reason for sale is time for change and full contract to guarantee no competition.

The average earnings per year are between 50 to 60k

There is a mercedes sprinter van (P reg 78000m)

Bane clene truck mounted machine with 100gallon water/waste tanks

A ninja portable that could do with upgrading though only used for emergency

All hoses for vacuum and solution 200ft for bane clene / 50ft for Ninja

2 wands, hand tool

Steamer

Cyclone Rotary machine

Air dehumidifier, air blower.

Asking price 40k

Yer price is a bout 35K too high for on here, trying sell mine for 4.5K and there are NO takers!!

income from work   50000 leaflets printed and delivered should produce same for 3-4000

i make your package worth 6000 tops and would buy it if it were in manchester
