how do i get candle wax out if cream carpet?? ???

If you have a steamer melt it and suck it up with your extractor

Is it clear wax or coloured? What type of carpet is it?
All the best,
Jason.

Get some brown paper and lay it over the wax, must be brown paper though.
Get an ordinary iron hot and iron over the brown paper, repeat until all wax if gone.
I laughed it off when I was told but it works 100% and its quick.

Doesn't have to be brown paper. It is useful as you can see the wax being pulled into it. But ordinary kitchen roll works just as well. Just be very carefull you don't have the iron too hot especially if the carpet is manmade fibres. If it is coloured wax then you would really be better off with a solvent as the heat can set any colours. Citrus gell type products work well, work in with a blunt instrument then rinse, repeat until happy. Don't forget if they have tried themselves there may be damage to the pile already.

If wool, you can safely use a hot iron and a white towel. if synthetic still use an iron but on a lower temp and be more careful and it'll take longer. Once removed use Citrus Gel or similar and then flush.
If coloured wax you may have to deal with a stain as well after removal of the wax. this may involve sod met for example.

Have had good results with citrus gel, some coloured waxes can still leave a stain.
