made friends with a new window cleaner about 3 months ago, well got a call today from him he wanted to sell me his work as he cant find enough so in the end i agreed for 400 quids a month work i got it for 600 well chuffed only problem is a few a little under priced but the rest are fine think i will wait a couple of months before trying to increase them  ;D
