Clean It Up

Ok i realise this is a bit of a longshot but here goes anyway.......
I have just been informed i have won a fairly large contract to clean 2 buildings. This is the good news.
The bad news is that initially it is a 1 off clean until i speak to the building manager when he returns from annual leave. I gave them 3 options on the quote and obviously priced a 1 off clean far higher than a 4/8/12 weekly maintenance clean.
As its just a 1 off initially, and as a 55 foot pole is required, i cant really justify spending £800+ on a pole that is long enough just yet. ( i also want to upgrade my current everyday poles first aswell)
Is there anyone in the North West (im in the Warrington area) that would be willing to borrow/lend/hire me a suitable pole just for this coming Thursday and Friday.
I would be willing to collect and return the pole to you anywhere in the NW and also be willing to sign any damage clauses you may want. I would also be willing to leave some kind of a deposit if required.
As you can probably tell im a bit desperate here and would really like to be able to keep ahold of this contract so any help would be greatly appreciated.
* Im off to a christening in a few minutes so will check back on this later this afternoon.
Thanks
