im buying £213 worth of work 85 % being bungalows done trad , how much do you reckon this would be worth ?
the other 15% of work is done wfp .
any ideas before i part with my cash .

dave id a said 3 cleans which give
 a bit is 650 m8
but when buying try get a bargain
they cud all be bad payers lol
though not far fr u people are wanting ten x the clean  :o :o :o

Just agreed to buy £500 worth of work for 4x but it goes hand in glove with the work I already have in the area.

how established is it?
when was it last cleaned?
how do the customers pay?
how much is it being advertised for?
have you seen the properties and the related individual prices?
what frequency is it on?
how long does it take?

1. its been the same cleaner for the last 8 years
2. last cleaned last week
3. most of the customers pay on the day .
4. the round hasnt been advertised
5. yes ive seen most of the properties
6. they are cleaned monthly
7. around 4 hours

£213 4 hours work cant see him selling that for less than 1k

ive a round of compact bungalows about 500 per month theres no way Id let them go for owt under 2,5oo ..there  alway there to do in high winds,saturday mornings, bank hols ...looks like uve a decent buy providing they are priced right ;)

ive a round of compact bungalows about 500 per month theres no way Id let them go for owt under 2,5oo ..there  alway there to do in high winds,saturday mornings, bank hols ...looks like uve a decent buy providing they are priced right ;)
i did mine in the freezing weather when it wasnt safe to ladder houses,would never sell bungs,can still do them when drawing my pension

I plan on having alot of low level work in time, ie bungs/shops etc

well i got the work for £600 , went around and met most of the customers last night and all were happy that charlie had found them another windy before he retires .
