Hi all,
I always use Prochem Multi Pro and Pre Spray Gold etc for pre spraying.
I had a call from a man who has asked for non chemical cleaning as he has cancer. Now I am sure that my usual pre sprays would be fine, but as he has asked for non chemicall cleaning, would Prochem Natural Carpet Prespray be considered non chemical, or would I have to get Microsplitters?
Thanks
Ben

Water is a chemical. Maybe he needs assuring your products are non toxic.

ask him what he uses to wash his clothes, and then when he says daz or persil non bio, just say "okay so why should your carpet be cleaned differently"
but in a less patronising way. ;D

As above. He probably believes carpets are cleaned with some super duper chemical. If you just explain that they are cleaned using normal detergent products and that the majority is rinsed out during the cleaning process he should be fine.

Perhaps if you said you were using Microsan, and tell him that's what they use in hospitals... Poor fella, I think the guy needs to hear what he wants to hear. At least if you used MPower, it doesn't really give off much of a smell, especially once you've fresh water rinsed it....
