How do I access how frequent office carpets require a clean and how do I work out the price. Can any one advice me on this please. ???

It all depends how dirty the carpets become over a set period of time, you should have a minimum price to cover you for small jobs, normal price guide:- £2.20 to £3.00 per m2.
