Title: Trading since 1900 still can't clean windows!

They are so bad one customer I picked up said the above.
Another one told me they don't do signs - picked that one up ;D
Another one said they don't do insides - picked that one up ;D
Now I could easily follow em around and get half their work NOT by undercutting but just offering a better service.
Should I have pity on em or just grab it?

I think you would be bloody knackered and due for a rest if you had been cleaning windows for 111 years!
He's probably not as sharp as he used to be so give the old boy a break  :P
