can anyone tell me were i would get a waste tank for this ?

Thats a Rhino by Masterclean. Not sure if they still do them try them on 01293 888071.

basically you need to buy half the shell, no one will stock that.

 2 thoughts... you have cracked the case or you are actually  looking for a waste tank that can used used in conjunction with the machine.

 ps....a cracked waste tank can be repaired
