I've got a number of customers with houses with big bay windows.
It is early days for me and I've had a few challenges with getting the windows cleaned above the bays.
The ladder angle caused by the roof of the bays means that I cannot reach the lower half of the first floor windows. I can usually blade the top half of the first floor sash okay but when I climb down the ladder I cannot reach the glass or frame of the lower half of the sash. (hope this makes sense).
Apart from climbing up the roof of the bay what are my options?
Right now I'm thinking:
Blade and wash the frames on the upper half of the first floor window above the bay.
Use lots of fluid from spray bottle gun containing upvc cleaner on the lower half to loosen dirt from frames. Then remove any remaining dirt using applicator on unger telescopic pole. Clean windows using unger pole.
Two questions:
Any advice on the above technique appreciated.
Does anyone make a brush attachment for unger telescopic pole?
