Title: Whats the expected hourly rate for a team leader

If you have to put 2 men in a van and send them out to do a days work, one of them has to be in charge and responsible for productivity & quality amoung other things with this in mind what's an exeptable hourly rate for them ?

pay them both the same your there will be some bad feeling

We pay the driver £1.00 ph more ans he is responsible for any takings collected
