Well my van is at the point where it needs more money throwing at it than its worth. Time for a new van asap (well second hand)
Spoke to the bank today and they want a business plan and some other bits (im going to be busy this weekend)
Has anyone done a business plan lately that could help me out ?

Search google for business plan template, also look at business link website for help and advice. I am half way through mine it is not somthing you can do over a weekend.
Good luck mate

when i got my new van i got the loan from the garage who suppied the van, they where a lot cheaper than the banks, worth a try first.

I did a business plan last year when 1st starting out ... bank took a copy and not sure they even read it.
Good to look back on though esp the financial forecasts pmsl looking at em a year later esp December which was a tad optomisitic to say the least ;D
Just about to do a new plan for phase 2 of H2o as changing bank and want more funding for total north wales / wirral / chester domination (not Wrexham though as Gav owns that ;D ;D)
Your more than welcome to have a copy of the framework for my old one though and if in no rush a copy of the new one which is a few weeks away as too busy doing windows.
like someone else said though dealer finance will possibly be lower than a bank at the moment depending on how much u want to borrow but typical 4 year flat rate from a dealer should be about 6% to 7% with APR of about 15 -16 ish APR.
Would aslo take a look at a new vauxhall as theyre doing 4 years free finance on new stuff so that would make a 2year old van not such a bargain .... just my humble opinion

just to get a van is not the best reason why you should have a plan
read this - http://www.wfp-brush.co.uk/resources/book
it will help you put a plan together in a few hours
-
thanks, will take a look at that later. always meant to get a business plan done, just with setting up, selling and starting all over again i just havent got round to doing it
-
you don't need a big plan or anything complex
just something to make sure you are getting the most money
for all your efforts
