Title: how many cleans per month

Just curious as to how many cleans you all do per month wfp that is?

I am going to start making a monthly target for myself to gain more customers and just want to know what would be a realistic number of customers per month...

depends on your customer base...........


some days i have 20 to 25 cleans other days 3 or 4 - both work out to the same daily £££'s

focus on income per day/week  and your cleaning cycle.  and what your working for p/h

Varies a lot.
April - 150
May - 115
Up to and including June 29  - 105 (will add a few to that today) .

It doesn't sound much but those jobs are anything from a fiver up to about £700.

I haven't been doing as much lately compared to last year.  I have the work but have fallen a fair way behind.  Motivation has not been great this spring/summer but I'm pulling out of that now.  I'm intending July and August to be  bumper months.

too many variables depending on the nature of my work that day!i have 340 customers and clean most of them 4weekly.in fact im bang on 4 weekly at the moment due to the van mount!! ;) ;D ;D ;D

My average is 123 a month. But it all depends on a lot of things size of house etc.

im looking into upgrading my system in regards size and the possibility of a 2 man set up etc, really am planning on expanding and gaining a much bigger customer base...

any one done similar lately and can offer any advise on set etc?
