Title: Maintenance Plan

Hi guys,
just cleaned approx 100 m2 of carpet tiles for a large printing firm and they have asked me to give them details and prices of a regular 6 monthly clean.
Does anyone have a generic maintenance plan format that i can tailor for my situation, also any suggestions on pricing.

Ben,
I wouldn't image you would need anything fancy to cover such a small area. Why not just give them a price for an annual deep clean and then a 6 monthly service clean.
