Title: World Window Cleaning Record Rules ?

I was larking about at work today , having see some clips on You tube .
My understanding of the record is that its 9.24 seconds , for 3 , 45` windows , plus the sill.

What i would like to know is , what is the time penalty , for mistakes , and what size tools are accpeted .

I used 14` Applicator , and 12` Squeegee .

If there are any other stipulations i shoud know, please relpy with what, you know .

I`m not going for any world record , but would like to know how close i could get to it , within the rules as there are some panes i do which are the same dimensions .
