Last night I was in bed before 8 a broken man,it's some old pole I got from the company I'm subbing the work from,it's a evil pole its big n blue and has a gooseneck, today was better I could reach the 3rd floor with my own pole but I'm still sore, but tmrw I might have to get the beast out again,I think I want to cry thinking about it,but 2 big schools in 2 days after this week it's all smaller ones

If it's that bad, you could be causing yourself to develop some musco-skeletal problems in the future.
Maybe you ought to give this job a miss until you've got the correct equipment?
I don't think I'd do it.

You need to use your body and legs more not you arms. The guy at pure freedom showed me the way. Give them a call I'm sure they can advise you.
