Don't think theres anything in this post that suggests I'm slagging anyone off ??? I just hope when Alex see's this post he'll hopefully ring me In the morning to solve it, cause I'm sure I'm not the only person thats left a message on there answer phone... And I could do with the hose asap ;)

If your relying on hose in order to work it must mean you have none, which means YOU are not that organised in running your own business. You need to think forward and plan.
Which doesn't mean planning to do work you don't have the equipment to do.

That's just not allowed.

whats wrong with 6mm?
we used to use 8mm - tried 6mm and definitely far better, lighter and easier to work with.
give it a go.

Had problem with me new pump from them. Rang four times, they eventually picked up. The lady said she would get an engineer to ring me. That was five weeks ago.
