Title: just won the tender from my local housing association

Did you do what most people do and get all silly and drop there window/hr rate to something ridiculous to get the work. Get it , then go why the damn did I jump in too cheap >:(

a customer of mine is a care taker at one of the places and he gave me the heads up and i went from there ....

had to take most of the day off to sort out paper work n bits ....

I do a few of these places and its another world, some of the people................you couldn't make it up.
