By some lad and given his cv.
Has a decent record about 30 years old worked in b&q and pc world so will have good communication skills.
I'm thinking about giving him a trial as a canvasser on self employed basis.
What do you think?
I will still do a lot of canvassing myself.
I'd pay him 1x clean as per my prices and then pound or 2 pounds for every new job on top paid at the end of the month.

I think if you paid him the price of the first clean would be enough. i think he would be happy with that. The fact that he came to you shows that he is keen to work. if you have a good feeling about him I would go for it and if it works out well he could become a fulltime employee as a canvasser or w/c.
