Inside trad gear fairy and to help with the smoke add some isopropanal (IFP) from maplan, out side use fairy and rinse well with tap water.

Household ammonia Sean for inside leave it on for few secs also brilliant on frames! Make sure u leave windows open! U can get from any hardware shop only £2 r so
Outside u can't bet fairy liquid! I did two ystrday put watered fairy on roof then used wfp without water to really get at it then used wfp normal then also did house with same brush after 100% ;D no probs

Totally agree with Trevor, TFR is the best product on the market for green roofs and UPVC.
I just paid £26 for 25 litres from local Motor cash n carry, dilute at 4%. That 25 litres will last at least two years or more!
I use a pump up garden spray ( bout £10 B&Q) leave to soak in for bout 2-5 mins comes off a treat with very little effort.
Take a look at my results all using TFR

How did it go Sean? Easy ???
-
Yeh
was running late so chanced fairy and water and elbow grease as couldnt get to shop for anything else
Did the job in 5 hour easy pace , in and out, plus it was huge, a big dome shaped conny and then it became a almost flat roof, right across the back of the house , so it was a big job, but once i got going i did the inside in 2.5 hours, and outside in about 2
shame i didnt take pics, but im always wary with these jobs as they are very private people, this guy creates the software that stops banks being hacked , so i doubt hed appreciate me snapping away at his house :)
got £20 tip on top of a good price so a good days work, and they were well chuffed with the results, it helped that the roof was glass as it is so much easier to blade
Doing the green one tommorow so will try what has been suggested, ive got a hoze lock pump sprayer so will try find some tfr
Thanks

He's not that private if he went into detail about his job. ???
