been offered a really good chance in local paper to advertise a voucher type deal for a good price anyone think of a good deal i could offer to them to get plenty of new custom

1st wash free...... then they cancel. thats will get all the scroungers out of the wood work. better to split it into 30% of 1st 3 cleans

Bear in mind you are very unlikely to get compact work from a newspaper ad and if your employees are just working to cover costs rather than turning a profit you`ll end up like many  that wished they had stayed working on their own.

Dont set it for a long period you dont just want the cut price stuff three months down the line,remember its just advertising spend and it has to produce new business not lose you money.
