Hi. Has anyone successfully cleaned sticker-residue off brown pvc. I have a customer who left the installation film on a door frame for too long. When peeled off, it left the residue behind.
The brown pvc has a textured skin unlike the white, so I need to get the right stuff, if indeed there is any, that will take it off.
Thanks

cheers - v fast - i did try solvent cleaner but this stuff is stubborn and i am v wary of damaging. Have also tried an old bottle of halfords bug n tar remover, but that's not to say it had gone off

Get a bottle of eucalyptus oil from boots (or any pharmacy) and use it on a rag. It'll budge it..
