Hello all, I'm new to this industry having recently bought a cold water pressure washing set up. I have a question I hope you can help me with. I live and work in one of our fine seaside towns that has alot of chip shops, burger joints etc, many with their own outdoor seating. I know hot/steam cleaning is the usual way to clean these areas but I was wondering if there is any product that can be used with cold water to cut through the grease etc and not leave the surface slippery? A hot box is something I may add later but want to get some regular food customers now if possible! Thanks folks!!

Get some enzymatic pre spray.
Chemspec Enzall will work when cold. Just mix in a pressure sprayer or 5 gal drum with hand hot water to ctivate the enzymes and use within 8 hours.
