This might seem at silly question, but as big and as good as they are supposed to be, Why do Ionics not have an online store?????

Ye I found that a bit frustrating, I was trying to buy an Ionics pole, searched through their web site by no facility to buy on line. In the end I phoned them, they had the pole delivered within about 18 hours which I thought was quite good service.  8)

very good service etc, but the web site could be better i find it quite a poor web site for such a big company, i thought it was going to be better.
