Title: Risk Assessment Template

Hi Guys, anybody know where I can get a blank template for creating risk assessments, thanks.

I have a pdf on my site which is generic, I can forward the word version so that it can be manipulated but that would cost.  ;D

You value the individual risk and circle the highest on both then multiply for score. Write in the controls and score again. Second time around it will be less.

Thanks Guys, I bought the Health and Safety pack from Window Cleaning Resources for £20.
Met all the requirements and was excellent value.
I had to produce a load of assessments and method statements for the City and Guilds and got great guidance from the pack.
