Title: A BASIC OFFICE CONTRACT

Hi myself and partner have recently started a cleaning business and have just been offered our first office cleaning contract. Please can somebody help and inform us of what exactly our contract should cover.

i had my t & c drawn up by a solicitor but i think you need h &s, coshh data sheets , risk assessments,cleaning schedules, covering letter ,task sheet, and a little about your company
