Title: quote form needed!

Hi there.  I need to send a quote to the council, they declined the last one I gave them cos they said it didn't look official enough!
Does anyone have a basic quote form I can put my details on, to avoid the embarrassment I faced last time?

I got my invoice template and my quote template from this place. Jus throw it on your letterhead and you should be fine..

ta very much. exactly what i needed
