What is the best way to clean a conservatory roof and windows above conservatorys without using wfp

I am new to this and have never cleaned a conservatroy roof but hard to access windows i use a telescopic pole with a backflip attachment. If it still looks a little rough i secure a micro fibre cloth over a 't' piece and put that on the end of the pole to give the windows a buffing up.
Works well for me but is a killer on yer arms
