Summer has been cancelled due to lack of interest due to the drought order currently in place all over the U.K... Autumn is now called 'inbetweeny' and winter will follow shortly afterwards...

Oh and just before we get those annual questions half a coke can full of iso/methanol/ethanol etc, etc will not stop your gear freezing in -10...

It's expensive only good for enclosed systems, will evaporate and in the right/correct quantities will give you a headache as it comes out of the brush head.

When you brush head/jets freeze it's time to go home...winter type tyres do work...plan not to work for 8 weeks and you'll be ok.

Cheers
Dave ;)

dave

but i tell my custy i do a all year rounds service and i moan when they say not this month,  how am i going to get a way with saying not this month to them due to weather,  i wont feel like a proper wc,

do you think i should invest in a hot water system,  say a ionics system, ;D  even though there wil be 2 foot of snow, i still got to get out ;D

Who's the boss?...tell em you'll get there when you get there and any more back-chat...knock em out...and yeah get one of those ironic systems you'll save fousands and you'll be the envy of every washer in the land....hope this helps...

2ft foot of snow...parh...we have that year round and consider that a easy day!...we shine all faces of the Everest just to keep it looking all shiny and bright...that's what a Ironics system will allow you to do and still be home by 2.

Good advice Dave - I insulated just in time last year.

Put out an "ALL STATIONS SQUEAKY" cuz he'll be on here bleating about "The River" the fact that he cannot do anything suggested and will generally float around his gaff watching Jeremy Kyle.

 ;D

Ah, but it's always 10 degrees colder this side of the River Severn, than it is on your side of the River Severn.  We're closer to Iceland you see!

the ro housing and di fliters are stored in the hall way then when i need to produce pure water i take them into the kitchen connect to the tap turn the booster pump on and fill the drums from their it takes about 50 mins per drum i set the timer on the cooker for 45 min and get on with what ever in need to do its a pain in the ass but i live in a flat and dont have much choice  :( :(

You'll need to find some way of stopping those barells from freezing overnight.  I used to carry mine into the house, but if you're in a flat, that won't be easy or advisable; you'll hurt yourself.

You could stick them in your vehicle overnight though; that helps.

>Tosh, you might be closer to Iceland but that's a good thing - you'll cop the nice warm ash from their volcanoes.

Anyway - where is old squeaks lately - new burd?
