At last.....no more guessing when punters pay online. After years of the customers reference not showing online....now at last......it does. I'm a happy bunny lol

If you click on statements then the month in question under transaction detils you have a reference number like 952 one is in black the other is a blue link. Click this and it takes you to the details of the transaction including the refference supplied by you for your customer.

I've had custies tell me that they have left their name and address as reference. But nothing has shown up. I know you guys aint telling porkies but i aint going mad either. Weird.....  :o

They're showing up on my (internet) statements now, too.

now showing references on paper statements too. it never did before, well at least for old alliance & leicester customers that were tranferred to santander.

They have always showen on mine! .... you must be mad...  ;D

they used to show on mine until the other month then it all stopped? you get the second name but no normal reference. Isn't it just faster payments they dont show up on

I was with A&L which is now Santander, used to get all the necessary details showing up with A& L but it stopped when they became Santander.

Just been on line now and I'm still not getting references showing up??? :'(
