How much would you be prepared to pay for a round bordering the Vat threshold which could be easily completed by 1 man.

The Vat threshold being £73 per annum.

Answers on a postcard please

£73 per annum ?    well that would be around £1.50 per week   and £6 per month   so at say 5 x the monthly value £30

go for it mate,  I know its risky but hey whats £30 these days  :D

It would have to be a lot to cover the mental health care bill of the seller.  Of course someone could be retiring/moving away I suppose so has no choice but to sell.
It's hard to put a value on it but I imagine it would be premium rate.  If it's just the work, a round like that could even be valued at close to a years turnover - not that I have access to that sort of money.
