does anyone know if the pole sections on brodex poles are the same size as gardiners, im getting a 36' carbon brodex pole (got it cheap, the only reason), i was thinking if they are i could replace the clamps with the lateral gardiners ones as the are better to use and shorter meaning the collapsed length would be shorter.
