Hi mate.

a couple of things  firstly   hows your Mrs ?  has she had her treatment and hows she doing ?

secondly   how are you getting on with your ankle ?     I did mine in before Xmas and although I'm now walking without any pain or discomfort  it still swells up.

I went the golf driving range at the weekend but because of the ankle prob I found that when I followed through with my golf swing that I was having trouble tranfering the weight from one foot to the other ( hope that makes sense )

I'm just hoping that comith the winter it doesn't start playing up again

hi pal missus out of hospital but shes not well.she goes and finds out the extent of the cancer tomorrow and what treatment she will need. :(

as for ankle it still swells up a bit after a full days work and i feel the odd twinge and stiffness here and there but its nothing compared to my missus pain.

feel worn out.not been sleeping well for weeks.time for bed methinks.hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow as i was using the slx in a thunderstorm today!THATS DEDICATION FOR YOU!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

hope all goes well dazmond , my uncle has been recently been diagnosed with cancer so i know what you are going through , somedays are really tough going

thanks for the messages of support lads.ive heard lots of stories of people recovering from it.so hopefully things will be ok in the long run.
