Post by: Pure Glass on June 07, 2011, 09:22:28 pm
Ive got a pure frredom van mount and flush every night for around 10 minutes or so before re-filling.

What sort of ppm reading should i be getting before reconnecting the di/resin??

Currently re-connecting at around 80 ish. My tap water is around 420ppm

Ta, Steve

Is your ro a 4040? If so 8-10ppm,unless your van is a mile away from your tap.

Your ro should reduce you tds to 10% OF YOUR TAPS TDS. but AS YOU MEMBRANES BECOME CONTAMINATED THIS WILL RISE,
this WILL NOT RESTORE THE MEMBRANES WITH FLUSHING ONLY.
