Does anyone on here live and window clean in Ireland, or know anyone who has done?
I'd be very interested to hear of any experiences, typical prices, locations, etc.
Thanks,
John.

Ireland's economy is down the pan. Britain's is chasing after it. We still have an economy at the mo. Though the pan is where its headed.

I'm down near Cork,.. Window cleaning is still alive & well despite the economy over here, but I wouldn't like to be starting from scratch at the moment.
The going rate varies a HUGE amount from one location to the next,.. always higher in & around cities, and very low in the midlands & parts of the west.
Window cleaning is also not so regular over here. My customers are mostly 6 or 12 weekly, but a large portion of my work is irregular or one off cleans. I had a customer call me last week after 3 years,... she only gets the windows done for special occasions!

I will be moving from England to Tralee at the end of July and starting up as soon as I get registered with the Inland Revenue Commission, and have my PPS number etc.
Just wanted to get some feedback from anyone in Eire so as to have some idea on what I will be facing when I get there.
Thanks for the replies guys,
John.
