might be a good idea to put more details of the house mate.

ie size of house? conservatory? etc ...

basically just work out how long you will need to do the job then how much you want per hour and that should be your price.

the quickest and best way is using a water fed pole - doesnt have to be pure water either - can be done with customer tap but im guessing you are trad as if you were wfp then the customer would already have clean frames etc

Water marks on the frame (upvc) will come off using a trade solvent cleaner or a cream cleaner (such as the one you use on the fascias/soffits).
We allways wet the frames first and then clean the frames with the cleaner and then wash again, making sure to scrub the glass and frames to get the dry residue from the cream cleaner off. Then we use wfp to clean them all thoroughly and they should be sparkling... :)
We allways clean scuff marks off doors and treads on every regular visit...this way the customer knows what they can expect when you clean the rest of the frames.
Price wise....well i guess you can roughly calculate how long it will take you to do the job and then work on your hourly rate although we tend to book a job in for a whole day and charge accordingly.

Mate i am in essex and i would say this is way to cheap. These type of jobs are not regular enough to warrant charging low prices imo.Of course if you are in need of the work (and i dont mean that to sound patronising) then £40 if it guarantees the work would be welcome in anyones book for two hours, but dont set a precedent by charging low prices to get work or please existing customers...

Dont call this job cleaning frames you do that each time with a wfp, its restoration of the frames it sounds better and qualifies the price wet the frames and clean with dr power from asda in the home sale shel. then WFP THE FRAMES AND GLASS.
