Title: march to june for all price increases - all done!

managed to put up every house by £1 - £2

not a single problem at all!

everyone just said yeah thats fine you do a good job so dont mind really.

our cleaning rate also went up by £2 per hour.

con roofs gone up by £5

gutters etc up by £15.

oh and a couple of customer gave me a card and £20 as a early wedding gift.

Did you increas those you picked up in the last 12 months?

yes even ones picked up in the past few months.

we always tell the customer when we have a price review and they are fine with it.

even if we pick up a couple just before we just say we will price it at the cureent rate but we are having a price review soon and it could go up by a pound or two
